These terms govern the seasonal rental of the 3-star classified furnished holiday accommodation "Grand Appartement Château-Thierry" located in Château-Thierry (02400), France, offered by the operator identified in the legal notice (SIRET 81938951100059).
Booking is made online. It becomes firm after payment of the full stay. A customer account is created at booking time to manage it (viewing, cancellation, messaging). An invoice is issued automatically and sent by email after payment.
Minimum stay: 4 nights.
Prices, in euros including all taxes, depend on the season (high season: July, August, September and late December) and the length of stay, following a progressive scale: nights 1 to 6, nights 7 to 28, nights 29 and beyond. The price breakdown is displayed before confirming the booking. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date (full refund). After this deadline, the stay is due; please contact us via messaging — a commercial gesture may be considered depending on circumstances.
Check-in from 4 pm (self check-in with code lock, sent the day before to the stay email address provided). Check-out before 11 am. Maximum capacity: 6 guests (excluding infants under 2).
Pets are strictly forbidden. The accommodation is non-smoking. Parties and events are prohibited.
The tenant agrees to occupy the premises responsibly and to report any damage.
The operator cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure. These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, disputes will be brought before the competent courts. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
